Fiji is already recognized as a tourism oasis. The country's pure and crystal-clear waters are often referred to as 'a gift from God', and its natural beauty continues to attract a constant stream of international visitors from Australia, New Zealand, and the USA.
Unsurprisingly, this popular island nation is also one of the most developed economies in the Pacific Island realms, with an abundance of natural resources, including timber, fish, gold, copper, and offshore oil and hydropower that capture the business world's attention. Sadly, the country's innate ability to attract economic interest and tourism is the very thing that could lead to its demise, as antagonistic impacts slowly take its toll on the environment.
We aim to have the resort operational and with the first villa built by 2025. From there, a new villa will be built every six months, with a capacity for 25 villas in total. The resort model is in the final stages of development and will focus on:
